Brawley launched Above .500 to offer students at risk youth access to positive mentorship with professional athletes through various platforms such as “Dream Rallies” and community events. To date, Brawley has produced over 50 events and campaigns and partnered with over 100 professional athletes and celebrities.
Brawley later launched Above .500 Agency, where he signed, NFL player Reshad Jones to a marketing deal and assisted him with being named a 2x ProBowler. With positive mentorship and marketing skills Reshad, was voted Team Captain, and was often trending online.
Brawley launched Above .500 Productions to create and promote positive content that cultivate awareness and action that lead to a better future for our youth in underserved communities.

EUGENA ANDERSON

VICE PRESIDENT
Eugena joined the Above .500 family as the VP of Operations in 2014. She says she immediately fell in love with the organization; for what it is, what it represents and the lives that are touched by the services that are provided. A native of Southern California,
Eugena moved to Florida where she earned a BA in Accounting and her MBA from Florida A&M University. Here in South Florida, Eugena is a proud active member of the FAMU Broward County Alumni Chapter as well as the Zeta Rho Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Eugena volunteers all throughout the South Florida through the Miami Dolphins Special Teams and is blessed to be of service to ALL mankind.

Diane has almost 20 years of experience as the former CEO of Make-A-Wish Foundation in Georgia and New York. She brings expertise and mentorship that ranges from fundraising, and board development to grant wrtiting and strategic planning.
Diane's resume speaks for itself, after taking over the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Georgia, she quickly turned it around, and was honored with the Outstanding Community of the Year Award by America's Charities.

RONNIE RICHARDSON

Ronnie’s’ passion for sports helped him escape the inner-city troubles that plagued his world.
Once breaking through and learning that his situations were part of life, he gained a desire to tell his story and work with the youth. Some of his major influences are his parents, and Wanda and Vincente Cruz.
Ronnie Richardson lives in Eagle Lake, FL when he is not in season with the San Diego Padres.

ABRAHAM ACAY

VP OF MARKETING
Abe was born in La Habana, Cuba to Sara and Pedro Acay. After receiving political asylum his family relocated to Miami, FL where he excelled academically and artistically.
He began performing throughout the city imitating Michael Jackson on popular Latin Variety/Talk Shows like Christina and Sabado Gigante. After his first musical, "Tropical Passion" at the Jackie Gleason Theatre in Miami Beach, he enrolled in the Magnet Arts program from Rainbow Park Elementary, to Norland Middle, and studied Theatre and Dance for ten years.
Abe implements his ideas for the organization and helps with the marketing and event coordinating. He currently resides in Los Angelas, California and is pursuing his modeling and acting career.

Jimmy is a former American football safety. He was drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the seventh round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played college football at Montana.

KEITH WALLACE

Keith Wallace formally known as, FK (Full Klip) was born and raised in the heart of Miami, FL. Keith credits his unique personal experience and upbringing as one of the main reasons he raps with purpose. Keith doesn’t swear in his music and chooses not to promote black on black violence, drinking, nor smoking, and instead raps about the gritty realities and everyday struggles in the hood, as well the progression of minorities.
At the age of fourteen, Keith was tried and sentenced as an adult for a crime he did not commit. After 6 years in prison, Keith was released only to get caught up in the streets. After surviving multiple shootouts, being acquitted of murder and even surviving a gunshot would to the neck, it was time to change his life around.
Committing to a positive life and promising to only do positive music, Keith has racked up tens of millions of views on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. The impact in his music did not go unnoticed as Keith won Osky’s Artist of the Year in Miami in 2017.
Since, Keith has received mainstream notoriety from various celebrities and has collaborated and even opened up shows for artists such as Boosie, Fabulous, Fat Joe, Scarface, Lil Durk, Rick Ross, Trick Daddy and more.
